After countless rumors, the Recording Academy confirmed the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards will take place April 3rd, and move from Los Angeles to Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena. Trevor Noah is still on board as host, with the show airing at 8 pm on CBS and streamed live and on-demand on Paramount+.
The move means CBS will have to move the CMT Music Awards, which was previously scheduled for April 3rd. It is expected to be moved to another date in April.
Dates for GRAMMY-related events, including the MusiCares Person of the Year gala honoring Joni Mitchell, will be announced at a later date.
