NOLA Jazz Fest Starts This Weekend

The “New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival” starts on today! The lineup is pretty stacked, too. Lizzo and Ed Sheeran are headlining, along with other big names like Dead & Company, Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers, Santana, Jon Batiste, Jill Scott, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss, Kane Brown, H.E.R., and the Steve Miller Band.
The festival will take place over two weekends in today, and will also feature local acts like Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band and the Radiators. They'll also have a celebration of Puerto Rico, with artist demonstrations, live music, parades, cultural displays, and food. Check out the official schedule of events here.
