Duran Duran Headline Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony

Duran Duran headlined the opening ceremony of the 2022 Commonwealth Games this weekend, which are taking place in the city where their career began, Birmingham, England.
The group treated the hometown crowd with a set featuring classics “Save A Prayer,” “Planet Earth” and “Ordinary World,” as well as one new song, “Tonight United,” from their most recent album “Future Past.”
They later took to social media to share a little backstage footage from the event, sharing with fans, “An epic, awe inspiring night. Thanks to all who came on the ride with us.”
