John Fogerty is set to perform at a new concert celebrating our nation’s first responders, healthcare workers and fallen Heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is confirmed to headline the “Charity Pro’s For Heroes” concerts in Florida that run from November 20th to 23rd. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards educational scholarships and a “Megan’s Wish” for the Children of the fallen Heroes.
The opening show will take place at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, with special guest Lauren Alaina, with the November 21st show set for the Hertz Arena in Estero, with Foreigner. The final show, at Orlando’s Amway Center, will feature Cheap Trick, with “American Idol’s” Casey Bishop performing at all shows.
“It is truly an honor to perform for all the Heroes, for the first time in over twenty months,” John shares, “many of the men and women that worked tirelessly to protect us can cut loose and enjoy a great show.”
