Rolling Stones Drop 4K Videos For “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”

The Rolling Stones have released an upscaled 4k edition of the two videos shot in 1968 for “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.” The first of the videos was shot with a makeup-free band and uses a live version of the song, while the second one features the band in makeup and Mick Jagger singing a live vocal while the rest of the band pretends to play to a recorded backing track.

Director Michael Lindsay-Hogg says they shot the makeup-free version first, then he saw Brian Jones playing around at the makeup table and decided to shoot another take after the band had “played around” with the makeup and come up with their own designs.
