Brian May has shared a new animated video for Queen’s classic song “Who Wants To Live Forever.” It serves as a call to action at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland.
The video is a collaboration between universities and colleges around the world raising awareness about the effects of climate change. In a joint statement, Brian and Anne Brummer from Save Me Trust say there’s “no future on this planet without respect for our animal friends and their environment.”
“On a 24 hour clock humans arrived here at just two seconds to midnight yet we have unleashed immense damage and destruction on the natural world. Advancing our needs has pushed Mother Nature to the brink. Species reaching extinction at a thousand times faster than at any other time in our history.”
