As we previously told you, Bruce Springsteen just announced he’d be releasing “professionally mixed and mastered, career-spanning concerts” to the streaming site nugs.net, with The Boss dropping new sets monthly. Well, now the second drop has happened.
The latest is dubbed the “Asbury Park Drop,” featuring 33 shows from 1978 to 2014, including nine from the legendary "Darkness On the Edge of Town" tour in 1978. The drop also includes new multitrack mixes of the tour’s five radio broadcasts, which wound up being some of the most coveted Springsteen bootlegs.
The “Asbury Park Drop,” follows the initial “Freehold Drop,” which now means there are over 80 Springsteen concerts and live compilation albums available to stream.
