Bruce Springsteen helped pay tribute this weekend to the lives lost at the World Trade Center during the September 11th attacks 20 years ago.
The singer, dressed in a suit, made an unannounced appearance at the memorial service in downtown Manhattan, taking the stage with his guitar right after the 9:30 moment of silence.
“May god bless our fallen brothers and sisters, their families, their friends and their loved ones,” The Boss said before his solumn, acoustic performance of “I’ll See You in My Dreams” from his most recent album “Letter to You.”
