Cher Takes Photo Of Couple Who Didn’t Recognize Her

While it’s hard not to recognize Cher, a face mask allowed her to keep her identity secret at a movie, and create a very special, and viral, moment for one sweet couple. 

The star shared on social media that after leaving a screening she saw “beautiful couple” and just felt the urge to take their picture 

"When we were coming out of movie I saw [a] beautiful Couple," she tweeted. "He Was taking Her pic….She had flowers. I said … can I take your Pic." She added, “Had my mask on so they didn’t Know Who I was. MAYBE Just a crazy woman..THAT ME.”

After the post was liked 67,000 the couple responded. “Omg! That's me, and it was my birthday! Wow! I can't believe it! 🥰,” the poster named Syndie responded, while the man in the pic, Tehran Stokes, added, “Wow! So we really did meet CHER! This night will certainly be remembered forever.”

Sydnie later joked, “if we could turn back time,” quoting Cher’s popular song. She also explained, "It was dark, and she was fully covered, but we kept thinking this wasn't an average person," adding, "She had a mask on, and when she asked to take our photo, she was far away from us."
