Chrissie Hynde is starring in a livestream called "Chrissie Hynde & Co. Sing Bob Dylan (And Other Songs)" and that title pretty much sums it all up! In the stream, Chrissie will be preforming some of her favorite songs, both ones of hers and from others too. She will definitely be performing some songs from her record from earlier this year, "Standing In The Doorway: Chrissie Hynde Sings Bob Dylan."
The livestream will be intimate, with Pretenders bandmates James Walbourne and Carwyn Ellis on guitar and keys, respectively, and Danny Williams on upright bass. Dylan will not be the only covers the band preforms; they will also be covering Ray Davies, Charles Trenet, Hoagy Carmichael, and more. And of course, they'll be signing some Pretenders songs, too.
The livestream was filmed and recorded live at the "Royal Opera House" in London. It premieres on December 26 at 3 PM ET and will stream until January 3 at 2:59 AM ET.
