Elton John’s “Farewell” Tour Adds Dates Down Under

The end of the yellow brick road is just a few more steps away after Elton John announced he’ll be playing five special ‘encore’ concerts in Australia and New Zealand next year, extending his ongoing multi-year “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour, kicking off with a show in Newcastle, New South Wales on January 10^th, 2023, followed by dates in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.

After those, John will head to New Zealand to perform in Christchurch on January 24^th, then fly to Auckland to put on two rescheduled shows on January 27^th and 28^th. By the time his tour finishes up in July 2023, Elton will have played over 300 shows.
