Madonna Gives Fans A Peek At Son Rocco’s 22nd Birthday Bash

Madonna’s eldest son Rocco just turned 22 and the singer shared photos from his recent birthday bash.
“From one Leo to another!! Happy birthday Rocco,” she writes next to a series of photos, which reveals the party included a candlelit dinner at an Italian villa.
A separate video shows Madonna and her family, including son David and twins Estere and Stella, dancing around as a live band played, with Madonna even joining in on the keyboard for a little bit. It also reveals Rocco’s cake, which Madonna describes as a “vintage bag for a vintage lover.”
- And it seems as though Madonna was also celebrating herself. In the video she actually sings “Happy Birthday To Me,” which is appropriate since she turns 64 on today.
