Metallica’s Kirk Hammett Joins Journey On Stage

Fans in the crowd at Journey’s October 6th show in Honolulu got a surprise no one would have expected. Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett jumped on stage and played the Journey hit “Wheel In The Sky” alongside Neal Schon, but transitioned into “Enter Sandman” a few minutes in.
Journey’s vocalist, Arnel Pineda, even sang a few lines of the Metallica hit before everyone transitioned back into “Wheel In The Sky.” It was the last live show on the schedule for Journey in 2022, but they’ll be back on the road next year starting in March.
