MICHAEL JACKSON'S FIRST-EVER STUDIO RECORDING TO BE RELEASED

As of today, music lovers and collectors can own a piece of pop music history. The first-ever recording of Michael Jackson, dubbed the “King Of Pop” during his reign at the top of the charts, is being made available for the first time ever on a “digital vinyl” with anotherblock.

Katherine Jackson, the late icon’s mother, has worked with producers to restore the recording of “Big Boy (One-Derful Version),” with some of the proceeds benefitting the Legacy Foundation. The younger Jackson was eight years old when he walked into One-Derful in Chicago on July 13th, 1967. This was the first time the young singer had ever sung into a studio microphone.

The studio developed the talent and his brothers into what would become known as The Jackson 5. “Big Boy (One-Derful Version” has been locked away from the public ever since.
