Mick Fleetwood: Fleetwood Mac Is "Done"

While being interviewed on the red carpet for the GRAMMYs on Sunday, Mick Fleetwood shared some tough- but not unexpected- news for fans of Fleetwood Mac. “I’d say we’re done, but then we’ve all said that before,” admitted Fleetwood, citing the recent death of Christine McVie.
“I think right now, I truly think the line in the sand has been drawn with the loss of Chris,” he continued. “It’s sort of unthinkable right now.” In addition to the loss of a major part of the band, members have numerous projects of their own at the moment.
Lindsey Buckingham left the group in 2019 and Stevie Nicks is currently on a solo tour. Fleetwood himself has said he’s “going to do the same thing, (find) people to play with.”
