Mick Jagger Narrates Short Film About Royal Albert Hall

London’s Royal Albert Hall is celebrating it’s 150^th anniversary, and Mick Jagger is doing his part to help, narrating a short film on the historic venue.  The film, “Your Room Is Ready,” will be released in conjunction with the anniversary on March 29^th, and a 90-second preview has the Rolling Stones frontman reading from W.H. Auden’s poem “For Friends Only.”

The film will feature footage from some of Albert Hall’s historic shows, featuring artists like Led Zeppelin, Diana Ross, Jimi Hendrix, Chris Cornell and more.

“Without doubt, the Royal Albert Hall is one of the greatest concert venues in the world,” Mick shares. “Once or twice it did get a bit wild, with enthusiastic fans joining us on stage and almost bringing the show to an abrupt end, but we soldiered on and had a great time.”
