Paul McCartney Confirms “McCartney III Imagined”

As we told you, Paul McCartney was teasing a covers album on his social media accounts. Well, now he’s confirmed the release.
“McCartney III Imagined” will drop April 16th, a “personally curated” album of covers or reimagining of songs from Sir Paul’s December, 2020 solo album “McCartney III.” A physical version, featuring an exclusive remix of “Long Tailed Winter Bird” by Idris Elba, will be released this summer.
Artists featured on the new release include Beck, St. Vincent, Phoebe Bridgers, Damon Albarn, Josh Homme, Anderson .Paak, Radiohead’s Ed O’Brien, Blood Orange and more. The first single released from the album is “The Kiss of Venus,” covered by Dominic Fike. Check it out to the right and check out the track list below.
