Music icon Rod Stewart might not be selling his catalog yet, but he’s ready to get rid of his Beverly Hills home. And if you have $70 million ready to go, it can be yours!
The 78-year-old has listed his three-story, nine-bed and 14-bathroom home in North Beverly Park, one of Beverly Hills’ most secure and sought-after neighborhoods, for sale. The property rests on three sprawling acres.
And though the asking price is definitely high, the lucky new owner will also take over a three-story guest house, pool, and “elevated spa” with “views of the canyons and city,” and a large tennis court. Stewart’s soon-to-be-former home includes a screening room, library, gym, marble floors, chandeliers and a rec room.
