Artists like Bob Dylan, Foo Fighters, the Eurythmics and more are helping raise money for UNICEF with some of their old albums. The UK Committee for UNICEF has announced their “Blue Vinyl” fundraiser, in which 10 albums will be re-released on blue vinyl to raise money for UNICEF UK Children’s Emergency Fund.
Albums being re-issued include:
- Bob Dylan’s “The Freewheelin’ Bob Dylan”
- Carole King‘s “Tapestry”
- The Clash’s “Combat Rock:” (40th anniversary edition)
- Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)”
- Foo Fighters’ “Medicine At Midnight”
- Janis Joplin‘s “Pearl” (50th anniversary edition)
- Jimi Hendrix‘s “Live At Monterey”
- Leon Bridges‘ “Coming Home”
- Little Mix‘s “Confetti”
- Prince’s “The Rainbow Children” (20th anniversary edition)
Only 48 copies of each album will be pressed, so fans can enter here for a chance of winning one of the albums.
