Billy Joel isn’t quite ready to “Say Goodbye To Hollywood” as the Piano Man becomes the latest to be added to the roster of GRAMMY performers. Joel is no stranger to this particular award show as he’s been nominated for 23 GRAMMYs and has taken home five throughout his career. The show will also feature performances from Luke Combs, Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa and Olivia Rodrigo.
Meanwhile, as we’ve previously reported, the “My Life” singer has also announced his latest song, “Turn The Lights Back On,” which is his first new offering since 2007. Billy publicized his retirement from songwriting in 1993 saying in an interview, “I couldn’t be as good as I wanted and that was driving me crazy...So I stopped.”
The big night takes place at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California Sunday (February 4th) in. It’ll be televised on CBS and available for streaming on Paramount+.
