Blues Traveler won’t be hitting the road as scheduled this year. The group has scrapped their touring plans after a bus accident that injured frontman John Popper.
News first broke of the crash last month. Blues Traveler was driving in Minnesota between shows on their summer tour, when the bus veered off the road. At the time, the group said they only sustained “minor injuries,” but it turns out Popper’s knee is worse off than he thought, so they’re taking time off the road.
The group says tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. Wishing John a quick recovery!
