Bruce Hornsby is back… and he’s getting experimental. The “Biggest Part Of Me” singer has announced a collab with “experimental chamber ensemble” yMusic on a new group they’re calling BrhyM.
Together, the collective is set to release their debut album “Deep Sea Vents” on March 1st. The acts first met in 2016 at the Eaux Claires Festival and have since released a number of tracks together. To give fans a little taste of the upcoming LP, BrhyM has dropped its lead single “Deep Blue.”
Hornsby admits the track was inspired by the poems of “Red Badge Of Courage” author Stephen Crane, who he was first exposed to in eighth grade. “For some reason some of my friends and I thought two of the poems were a scream, so were never forgot them,” admitted the singer.
