The Boss rocked the crowd again this year at “Stand Up For Heroes,” the annual benefit for the Bob Woodruff Foundation, which supports charities and runs programs for US veterans. Bruce Springsteen has played at every event since the benefit show began in 2007 except for 2017 when the date of the benefit was the same as his Broadway run.
Springsteen played four songs for the crowd, including “Dancing In The Dark,” and sprinkled jokes in between the songs as he usually does. He’s set to release a new collection of soul covers called “Only The Strong Survive” tomorrow.
