Pop star and Oscar-winning actress Cher is known mostly for her artistic side, but she’s a savvy businesswoman too. And just in time for a sweltering summer to rage on, she’s announced a new gelato venture.
“Yep, This Is Real…. I’m Launching My Gelato…. Watch Out LA!! All Started 5 Years Ago And Now It’s Finally HAPPENING. More To Come,” wrote the “Do You Believe” icon on her Instagram. “Cherlato” was originally launched by New Zealand company Giapo before collab’ing with Cher.
The company promises to deliver “the freshest & most delectable gelato” to “the streets of Los Angeles.” There’s been no word on an opening date as of this writing.
