Everyone has a bad day occasionally. But Rolling Stone has released a list that calls out even the greatest of musicians for mistakes made throughout their career. “50 Genuinely Horrible Albums By Brilliant Artists” takes no prisoners with its brutal honesty.

And despite the straight-forward title, you might be surprised to find the level of talent that has made the list. Pop greats like Madonna and Prince, country legend Willie Nelson, two of the four Beatles and David Bowie are among the big names to have released “genuinely horrible” albums. In addition to Paul McCartney, George Harrison, John Lennon (along with Yoko Ono) made the list once each for their solo efforts.

Pete Townshend made the list twice- both for his solo album “Psychoderelict” (1993) and for The Who’s “It’s Hard” (1982). And taking the top spot? That would be Kanye West, for 2018's "Ye."

You can check out Rolling Stone’s full list here.
