Kate Bush Has Earned $2.3 Million Thanks To “Stranger Things”

As we told you, Kate Bush has seen a resurgence ever since “Running Up That Hill (Deal With God)” was featured in the fourth season of “Stranger Things,” with the song landing in the Top Five in the U.S. and at number one in the UK.
Well, turns out, the renewed popularity has also been pretty profitable for Kate as well.
According to a CBS report, Kate has earned over $2.3 million in streaming revenue since the song was used on the Netflix show. And since she owns the copyright for the song, she’ll get to keep that money for herself.
