A musical based on tunes by Pat Benatar and hubby Neil Giraldo is getting a tryout in California. “Invincible: The Musical,” which is hoping to head to Broadway, will have an invite-only industry presentation at the Bourbon Room in Los Angeles November 10th to 12th.
The musical named after Pat’s hit “Invincible,” will feature other Pat and Neil songs, and will be based on Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet." It follows "two star-crossed lovers searching for peace in 21st century Verona as the newly elected chancellor of Paris sets out to destroy the city’s progressive resistance movement.”
