Neil Young Shares Another Unreleased Song

Neil Young is giving fans another preview of his next archival release. He’s shared an unreleased version of “Powderfinger” from his 1979 album “Rust Never Sleeps.”
The rare version of “Powderfinger” was recorded in 1975 in Point Dume, California, produced by Neil and David Briggs. It also features Frank “Poncho” Sampedro on guitar, Billy Talbot on bass and Ralph Molina on drums.
“Archives Volume 2: 1972-1976” is due for release on November 20th, available only on the Neil Young Archives website. Check out the rare “Powderfinger” recording below.
