Peggy Lee and Bob Marley’s family are the subject of two new exhibits opening Wednesday at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles.
First off, “100 Years of Peggy Lee” will feature artifacts from the singer, including handwritten notes, drawings and paintings, jewelry and accessories, personal items like a letter from Frank Sinatra, rare photographs and more.
“Marley: A Family Legacy” will also include a number of artifacts from the entire Marley family, including a custom Bob Marley tribute edition Gibson guitar, custom-made Catch a Fire clothing outfits by Cedella Marley, a Ziggy Marley Ovation guitar and more. Plus, guests can enjoy an interactive drum lesson, dubbed “Learn How to Play Reggae Drums With Santa Davis.”
The Lee exhibit runs through September 5th, while the Marley family exhibit runs through October 16th.
