Robert Plant & Alison Krauss Reuniting For New Album

Robert Plant and Alison Krauss are reuniting. The pair, who 13 years ago released the album “Raising Sand,” are teaming again for the new album “Raise the Roof,” which will drop November 19^th.

The album, which like the first was produced by T-Bone Burnett, features covers by Merle Haggard, Allen Toussaint, and the Everly Brothers, as well as the just released cover of Lucinda Williams’ 1988 song “Can’t Let Go.”

The album does feature one original tune, “High and Lonesome.” 

• “Raising Sand” went on to win six GRAMMYs, including Album of the Year.
