The Rolling Stones are giving us another taste of the upcoming 40th-anniversary edition of “Tattoo You.” The band has shared one of the previously unreleased tracks featured in the box set.
The Stones put their spin on the soul track “Troubles A’Comin,” first recorded in 1971 by Chicago hitmakers the Chi-Lites. The Stones’ version was recorded in Paris in 1972, and got its live debut last week during the band’s private show in Massachusetts ahead of the latest leg of their “No Filter.”
The 40th-anniversary edition of “Tattoo You” arrives on October 22nd and can be pre-ordered HERE.
ONE MORE THING! The Rolling Stones played Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte last night and the night before the concert frontman Mick Jagger popped in for a drink at the Thirsty Beaver Saloon all by himself. Apparently nobody realized it was Mick and it was only later revealed when he posted a pic on Instagram from in front of the bar.
