Rush Members “Eager” To Work Together Again

Rush might be headed for a semi-reunion a year after drummer Neil Peart’s death. In a new interview, Alex Lifeson says he and bassist Geddy Lee are “eager to get back together” and make some music.
Alex says he and Geddy got pretty busy after Rush’s last tour in 2015 – Alex with his writing and Geddy with his “Big Beautiful Book of Bass” – but they’ve always talked about “doing some stuff together.” And apparently, they still do!
“We’re both eager to get back together and kind of get back into that thing that we’ve done since we were 14 years old that we love to do,” he adds. “And we work really, really well together, so we’ll see what happens with that.”
