Elvis Costello is reuniting with his first bandmate Allan Mayes for a new album, “Rusty: The Resurrection of Rust,” which is set to release on June 10th. The quartet Rusty was already together when Costello joined on New Year’s Day 1972, performing for the year in Liverpool clubs.
